Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do mobile welding?

Yes — we offer mobile welding by appointment for jobs that can’t be transported. Drop-off is faster and cheaper for most small repairs (no travel charge), but mobile is available when you need it. Call (385) 286-7355 to schedule.

How long do most repairs take?

Most drop-off repairs take 1–3 business days. Small jobs (single weld, basic repair) often same-day if you can leave it. Larger fabrication or jobs needing material we don’t stock take longer — we’ll tell you upfront.

Do you weld aluminum and stainless?

Yes — we TIG weld aluminum and stainless. Aluminum welding generally costs more than steel because of prep and material handling, but we’ll quote it before you bring it in.

Can you weld cast iron, pot metal, or galvanized?

Cast iron and pot metal we generally don’t recommend welding — they have specific issues that often make brazing or replacement a better solution. Galvanized we can weld with proper ventilation; we’ll need to grind off the coating in the weld area.

How do I get a quote?

Easiest: text a photo of what you need welded to (385) 286-7355, with a short description and your zip code. We’ll get back to you with a ballpark, usually within 2 hours during business hours.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. If a weld we did fails because of our work, we’ll fix it. We don’t guarantee against rust, abuse, or impact damage to the area around the weld — but the welds themselves stand behind themselves.
